We are a Technical Service specialized in repairing Apple products, our technicians are professionals certified by Apple. We manage repairs of any component from different Apple products: Mac, iPad, iPhone, iPod, Apple Watch, Macbook ... We not only make repairs but also we offer changes and replacements of Apple components to help you improve the efficiency of your Mac, iMac and Macbook.
Repair your Apple product in our Technical Service in Madrid
If you bring your product to our store in Madrid (C/ Corazón de María 5, next to Hotel Puerta América) without making an appointment, our technicians will diagnose it without any obligation.
We will also offer you a budget adapted to your product needs. The technicians will perform the repair in our facilities. Once the repair is finished, we will contact you to confirm the product is ready for you to pick it up.
Make your repair through our on-line budget service
In order to get your online quote you must enter in our repairs section iFixRapid Repairs Section and follow the steps below:
1.Select your Apple product to repair: iMac, iPad, iPhone, iPod, Apple Watch, Macbook ... Keep in mind you will have to make a different request for each product you want to send us.
2.Select the model version of your product: If you do not know the model of your product, you can enter the serial number in the following link to know your version: Check model
3.Select the repairs you need. You will find a list of eligible repairs. If you do not know what happens to your product, you can choose the option "Budget in Technical Service". Selecting this option means our technicians will make a full checking of your product to verify the root of the damage. You will have to provide us your postal code so we can estimate the shipping costs. In this step you already have a an estimated budget of your repairs. Keep in mind your budget includes:
- Pick up and delivery in the adress your provide us (MRW).
- Transportation insurance up to 550 €.
If you wish to continue you will have to fill out a form with your personal data and accept our Legal Conditions. Please have in mind it is important to read our Legal Conditions carefully since they will give you more information of this process and help you to know more about our legal terms.
4.Check everything is correct. You can modify the data or the collection request of your product.
5.We provide your request code when requesting the collection of your product so you can check the state of your repair.
* Please note that your previous quote may vary once the product is diagnosed by our technicians. In these cases, we will contact you to confirm the final budget before proceeding with the repair.
